Hard Times

I know times are hard, but some people going to be jobless no matter what! Business have slowed down for several owners in the city, until they have look for part-time work to make ends meet. Its rat race in this world. its so hard now to find a job you got people stepping all over each other for work. I'm so glad that Barack Obama made it for president, but without his party agreeing to his plans for America, don't seem like we got a chance to survive in this world. We have to stay prayed up lifting the name of Jesus the most high for better results. I know its very important to vote, but sometimes I see why people don't have the courage to vote because nothing is changing for the better accept the troops coming home from war. The health care plan to high for an average paying family to afford with paying bills every 30-31 days. So, with me saying this I want to see a better future then what I been seeing. I mean you can't squeeze orange juice out of a dry orange!

These big companies are so greedy for money...they rather hire a temp before hiring you in permanent to get benefits, health, dental and vision insurance. We need 401k to help plan for the future, but instead they cut your future off by only hiring a temp with no benefits, 401k, sick time and full pay. You work, work, work and then get laid off, now you back where you started. NO JOB!!
Temp services don't treat there employees right and don't pay them good either, have people working them hot ass warehouse with no heat nor air, now that's some bull for your ass. I think the president
need to enforce rules on how temp service hire employees and offering benefits too, its not fair to work and don't get the same treatment as other workers inside the company doing the thing you doing with less pay.

Ladies we got to stand up for our rights to make a difference in this world. If we don't who will.
