Okay, ladies....let's have a heart to heart talk about our youth teens in america. I know we love our children so, much until some of y'all afraid to discipline your children in the correct manner. Some women allow their children to say and do what ever pleases them without any questions asked and its hurting the children instead of helping them become better men and women in life. The reason why, i say this is because the children growing up with no structure, morals, integrity, or values. Having structure is good for anyone in life including our children! How can we solve this problem? Start training your child as soon at the age of 3 yrs old? I know plenty of moms and dads doesn't believe in whipping with belts or switches, let me tell you it did me some good...my grandma use to tear my butt up, lol! I'm glad for the love and most of all the discipline from my mom, grandma, great granny and dad. I'm a better woman today! 

Empower young ladies through positive friendships while elevating excellence in mind (self esteem, honesty, leadership, Independence, Loyalty and self worth), body (image and maturity), and spirit (growth, courage, our purpose in life).
